Instructions for use

Age (years)

Enter the age of the patient.

Number of teeth / Number of implants

Enter the number of teeth and implants for the calculation of BOP% (1-32, wisdom teeth can be included).

Number of BOP-pos. sites

Enter the number of BOP-positive sites.

Number of sites with PD≥5mm (tooth and implant site)

Enter the number of sites with periodontal probing depths of 5mm or more.

% Alveolar bone loss (BL) (estimated in % or 10% per 1mm at the worst site)

Enter the amount of alveolar bone loss at the most advanced site in increments of 10%.

History of periodontitis

Select "Yes" if the patient has a history of periodontitis.

Stage / Grade

Select the Periodontitis Stage and Grade according to the 2018 classification.

Supportive periodontal therapy (SPT)

Select the frequency of supportive periodontal therapy.

Restorative margin (RM) to bone

Select the distance between the restorative margin and the bone level.

Implant prosthesis

Select the type of prosthesis used.
